root Alcatel One Touch POP C9

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT BELIEVE ME RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE OF THIS OR OTHER PROCEDURES TO YOUR CELL / PC / OTHER

I read around that there are different ways to do the root of the terminals that have the MediaTek MT6575 but the most simple of all, at least in my case, was to use Root Genius.

Once the Phone is already configured and recognized by Windows, download and launch Root Genius running. You should upgrade to the latest version.
Activate the USB Debugging on C9 and connect it to the PC.
At this point you start the wizard root. After a while 'will prompt you to install the driver, of course dates permission. After installation (seems planted, but in reality it takes a few minutes!) Will ask you to confirm whether you want to or not to the root. If you click yes, after about 2 minutes of waiting your C9 will finally have the root.

In the end if you want to check if the root is actually present or not, restart your phone (not quick mode) and install any program from the root check or to run a program that requires root permissions.
I installed before Greenify and it worked to perfection and then the first root checker that happened in the Play Store. The result is this:

Have fun !!!

Ps. Always with the same small program you can also go back and remove the Root ... better than that ...

I put some additional information in the event of a problem, though, in the case of brick seriously, I would not know how to restore it (since there is still around the rom that we can re-enter).
It seems that our terminal (as well as most of MediaTek) is provided with a function of "disaster recovery". If the phone is on the logo of Alcatel (smart move, etc.), probably came into the loop.
Holding down for a few seconds the power button you can turn off the phone. Now connect the USB cable to the PC (optional on C9 but seems necessary in other terminals) and hold down the Volume + (in some versions is Volume -). You will enter a menu-like recovery.
From here you can perform the update from ADB, sdchard or cache, or you can do (in addition to the time the user data backup and restore) a wipe cache partition and wipe data / factory reset.
Obviously a simple wipe cache partition is not enough if the terminal went into loops. E 'need to do a wipe data / factory reset.
Even in this case, however, there is a 50% chance that the phone is not colder (depends on the type of loop, brick or other error). Again if you have not still lost the root (which is the only thing left!).
Obviously NOT install rom that are not just made for the C9 because the risk is high.
Personally after installing the module and Xposed Gravitybox the phone I came into the loop ... Only with Xposed not seem to be any problems. I could be I was unlucky ... but I tried both version 3.2.0 and 2.7.6 that in both cases the system has entered the loop. So I would say, at least in my terminal, you can not install Gravitybox ... sin ...
